Hello my wonderful ink drinkers. I’m so sorry for the impromptu hiatus. At some point during my journey I found myself burning my candle at both ends, and reading became another job that made me anxious.
That’s not what I want reading to me for me. Reading is supposed to be relaxing, enjoyable. Reading is supposed to be my happy place. So, I had to take a step back for me and my well being. I’ve put do every book that I’ve started and just said no. And this was back in February.
I’ve just started to pick up a couple of books, catch a feel for some here and there, and I might even finish one to post a review soon. So maybe, just maybe, this hiatus is coming to an end.
